New media evaluation 
A. there are a lot of things i liked from this class, for example i was able to learn how to type faster, and every morning there would be the student success statement which taught me a lot about making my spirit, mind, and body more pure, also this class persuades me to choose the right. There is only one thing i didn't like about this class, that we do not really get that much free time.
B. There is only only two suggestions i have for this class, to have more free time and to change the medical careers more often and do different careers.
C. In my opinion i did my best because ii always tried to finish on time and do all my assignments.
D. To be honest sometimes i dont read my 100+ goals, and i choose to do something else because i try to relax from all my classes.
E. I a committed to being a CTR, person because i try my hardest to accomplish my goals, and always try to do good, and i try to help others.
F. What i promise i will do to take responsibility for my body-mind- and spirit is always choose the right, and not do anything wrong.

Final: part 1

 Every year we do an interdisciplinary project, this year it was different because we had to come dressed nicely for the day of the presentation, my group was composed of five people which were luis, jailin, gerardo, johnny, and me. We had been working on this project for almost a month, in every class we had to do different things, for our math class we had to research two different graphs and analyze them, we also needed to do a survey about our topic and with the results we had to create a graph of our own. In english class we had to do a powerpoint, a poster, and an essay. the day of the actual presentation we had to meet at room 224 with our group 30 minutes before the actual presentation, i was the first one there and i didn't feel nervous but as time went bye i started to get hot and my hands were sweating, 10 minutes before the presentation all my group showed up and we were ready to go into the classroom that was assigned to as. We enter and one of our members looks for the powerpoint on the computer, then opens it. One of our members starts the presentation by telling the panel our names, then one by one we say our parts, when it was my turn i was nervous but started to talk, i had a piece of paper with information in case i forgot what to say. We finish with the presentation and we ask the panel if they had any questions, they only had two and i was able to answer one of them, after answering their question we close the powerpoint and leave the class. Finally we just say good bye to each other.

This great quote by Abraham lincoln means that by doing good things, by helping others, by choosing the right path you are going to feel good because you know you have done something good, this helps your mind and your spirit because it keeps your mind positive and honest, and it purifies your soul, making you a better person. You can do good by just helping someone cross the street, by helping someone get up after falling, or even by giving a candy to a little kid, this will make you a better person because you are expecting nothing in return for choosing the right. Also by doing bad you will feel bad, because you are doing that is not fair neither to you or to others, and you get your soul dirty, and your mind is gong to start thinking negative and want to do more bad things, by choosing the wrong you can also affect your body by using drugs.

What this quote means is that you are the only one that should take care of your body, mind , and spirit because no one else knows how to. You need to strengthen your mind, make it think positive and never give up, you need to strengthen your spirit, make it be nice, pure, clean, and also make sure to do exercise, take healthy choices, and don't do drugs to keep your body strong. Make  your self as a three leg stool which means that if all three legs are not healthy its not stable.

In conclusion if you start doing something good you should continue to do it no matter what other say, because thats the right thing to do, for example if you start helping someone you can not stop half way, you need to have the courage to finish what you started. Also you need to have the courage to stop doing what is wrong because you might end up hurting someone and it will cause for them to stop liking you.

In this story i learn that parents don't make do things just to be mean, they do it to keep you safe from any risk. It might be something as small as making you put on your shoes, or making you eat healthy, but they do it because they know what can happen to you, so you need to choose the right and obey them, because obedience is the key to success.
