You can do good by just helping someone cross the street, by helping someone get up after falling, or even by giving a candy to a little kid, this will make you a better person because you are expecting nothing in return for choosing the right. Also by doing bad you will feel bad, because you are doing that is not fair neither to you or to others, and you get your soul dirty, and your mind is gong to start thinking negative and want to do more bad things, by choosing the wrong you can also affect your body by using drugs.
